Construction Civil Engineer – Bahrain

A leading company in Manama, Bahrain is looking for experienced Civil Project Engineers to join our construction team. The role involves managing and supervising building projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute civil works according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project delivery
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and highlight risks or delays
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation
• Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and procurement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in building construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and HSE practices
