Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to consultants.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client documentation.
• Track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates.
• Maintain and organize databases, records, and client documentation.
• Support business development efforts, including proposals, research, and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage preferred.
• Previous experience in administrative support or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hospitality consultancy is a plus.
