- Prepare rental agreements and process payments
- Verify customer documents for accuracy
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and return
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at the counter
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is an advantage
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
