We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our China-to-Bahrain cargo operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and professional handling of all cargo-related inquiries. Your contribution will help us maintain strong client satisfaction and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about cargo shipments from China.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to provide accurate and timely updates.
- Handle and resolve issues during the shipping process.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (preferably in logistics, shipping, or trading).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Based in Bahrain with knowledge of local business practices.
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin or Arabic is an advantage).
