About the Role

A reputable Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Electrician Cum Plumber to handle maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for electrical and plumbing systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations (wiring, switches, lighting, outlets, etc.).
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide quick solutions.
• Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures to ensure proper water flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Respond to emergency electrical and plumbing issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (certification in electrical or plumbing work preferred).
• Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing fields.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
