Estimator Job in Bahrain – Aluminum & Carpentry Projects

A reputed company in Manama is hiring an Estimator for Aluminum works with experience in construction and carpentry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, drawings, and bills of quantities to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Research, source, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices.
• Assess financial, technical, and operational risks of projects.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to fully understand project requirements.
• Stay updated with construction technologies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed proposals including material forecasts, costs, and timelines.
• Perform risk assessments and suggest solutions for potential challenges.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and support decision-making on project bids.
• Work closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator in aluminum and carpentry projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost analysis, supplier negotiation, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with construction standards, materials, and productivity rates.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
