Executive Secretary (Female) – Leading Contracting Company – Manama, Bahrain

We are urgently hiring an experienced Executive Secretary for a top contracting company in Bahrain.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 500 to 600 BHD
  • Transportation and additional benefits included

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably in the construction industry within the GCC
  • Excellent English communication and drafting skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and back-office software such as ERP
  • Strong knowledge of office management, basic accounting, and industry-specific technical terms
  • Familiar with research methods and report preparation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Well-groomed with a professional personality (preferred)
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, board meetings, and conferences
  • Attend meetings and prepare accurate minutes
  • Receive, screen, and redirect phone calls appropriately
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives
  • Secure and manage confidential documents
  • Assist with invoicing, financial statements, and bookkeeping
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper records
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations and reports as needed
