Facilities Manager (Manama, Bahrain)

We are hiring an experienced Facilities Manager to join our real estate team in Manama, Bahrain. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid background in building maintenance, facility operations, and team supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties
  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and service contracts
  • Supervise facility staff, including security, reception, and cleaning teams
  • Plan maintenance budgets and control costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Optimize use of building space and handle facility-related emergencies

Requirements:

  • Indian nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or property maintenance
  • Age between 30–40 years
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
