About the Role

A leading Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and tenant services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.
• Manage and lead maintenance staff and contractors.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure efficient system operations.
• Respond quickly to tenant maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Oversee cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control services.
• Ensure safety regulations and environmental compliance in waste disposal.
• Manage concierge, reception, and tenant services for smooth building operations.
• Develop and control the annual budget, identifying cost-saving measures.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Oversee building improvement projects and renovations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or Facilities Management.
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager in high-rise, commercial, or residential buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Must have a valid Bahrain or GCC driving license.
