We are currently looking for an experienced Female File Clerk / Receptionist to join our team in Hidd, Bahrain. If you’re organized, professional, and have a background in office administration, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize, manage, and maintain physical and digital files
- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and handle basic administrative tasks
- Support internal departments with documentation and coordination
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or front desk roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Must be currently residing in Bahrain
