Female Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring a Female Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our steel construction projects. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about cost management in construction, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for steel structure projects
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment using standard software
• Review project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost risks
• Support contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors
• Track and control project budgets, identifying any cost variances
• Create cost progress reports for project managers and stakeholders
• Assist in managing claims and resolving contract issues
• Maintain updated records of all cost-related documents
• Work closely with the sales team, engineers, architects, and site staff
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and budget guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of steel construction methods and cost estimation
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and in teams
• Valid driving license is a plus
