Female Office Assistant – Riffa, Bahrain

We are looking for a Female Office Assistant to join our office team in Riffa. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations and support the management in maintaining smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily operational records for staff.
  • Ensure office timings are strictly followed (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Approach clients via telemarketing and arrange meetings to follow up with new clients.
  • Maintain accurate office and employee records.
  • Coordinate with the manager regarding operational support.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as an office assistant or administrative staff is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and proactive attitude.

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary: 130–150 BD, with potential increase based on performance.
  • One-month probation period.
