About the Role

We are seeking a full-time female Real Estate Agent with at least 2 years of experience in the local Bahraini real estate market. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to secure projects and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell residential and commercial properties
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
• Understand and present property contracts accurately
• Stay updated on local market trends and RERA laws
• Maintain and manage client records using CRM systems
• Implement social media marketing strategies to promote listings
• Work independently and under pressure to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in property viewings and project promotions

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate
• Valid Bahraini driving license
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of local property market trends and RERA regulations
• Proficiency in CRM software and social media marketing
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
