Female Receptionist Job in Bahrain – Luxury Hotel Apartments

A luxury serviced apartment property in Seef, Manama is hiring an experienced Female Receptionist to join the front office team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and must provide professional service and a welcoming experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and payment handling.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front office associate in luxury hotels or serviced apartments.
  • Bilingual: fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance with a welcoming personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel PMS systems is preferred.
