Job Overview

Children’s House Montessori Kindergarten in Budaiya is seeking a dedicated and certified Female Shadow Teacher. The ideal candidate will support children’s individual learning journeys, provide one-on-one assistance, and help maintain a nurturing Montessori classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide children during daily learning, play, and development activities
• Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging Montessori lessons
• Provide individualized support to children needing extra assistance
• Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with staff and parents to ensure smooth coordination

Requirements

• Certification in Early Childhood Education or Special Needs Support (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Shadow Teacher or Teaching Assistant
• Montessori teaching background is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills
• Patient, compassionate, and responsible
