Food & Beverage Executive – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Food & Beverage Executive to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and strong leadership skills to manage daily F&B operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Supervise and guide F&B staff to maintain professional service standards
• Conduct daily team briefings and manage staff schedules for optimal productivity
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to reduce wastage
• Collaborate with management to develop operational procedures, promotions, and service initiatives
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to support staff development
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in hospitality
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
