We are hiring a skilled and strategic General Manager for a leading Facility & Maintenance Solutions company in Bahrain. This is a key leadership position for someone who can drive growth, optimize operations, and manage multi-industry services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digitalization projects and develop business strategies.
- Expand services across Oil & Gas, Construction, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Technical Support.
- Oversee daily operations including facility management, workforce outsourcing, and subcontracting.
- Manage P&L, resources, and ensure financial discipline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Represent the company at industry forums.
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws, health and safety, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in facility management, manpower outsourcing, or multi-sector services.
- Strong skills in business development, operations, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Bahrain/GCC labor laws and industry practices.
- Track record in P&L management and business growth.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Operational excellence and process improvement.
- Budget management and financial planning.
- Client relationship and business development.
- Strategic decision-making.
Languages
- English (fluent).
Preferred Experience
- Background in digital transformation or technology-driven projects.
