General Manager

We are hiring a skilled and strategic General Manager for a leading Facility & Maintenance Solutions company in Bahrain. This is a key leadership position for someone who can drive growth, optimize operations, and manage multi-industry services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digitalization projects and develop business strategies.
• Expand services across Oil & Gas, Construction, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Technical Support.
• Oversee daily operations including facility management, workforce outsourcing, and subcontracting.
• Manage P&L, resources, and ensure financial discipline.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent the company at industry forums.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws, health and safety, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in facility management, manpower outsourcing, or multi-sector services.
• Strong skills in business development, operations, and financial management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Bahrain/GCC labor laws and industry practices.
• Track record in P&L management and business growth.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Operational excellence and process improvement.
• Budget management and financial planning.
• Client relationship and business development.
• Strategic decision-making.

Languages

• English (fluent).

Preferred Experience

• Background in digital transformation or technology-driven projects.
