Handyman

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Job Description:
A leading Real Estate Developer and Property Management Company in Bahrain is looking for a skilled and versatile Handyman to join their maintenance team. The role involves performing general maintenance and repair work across villas and properties, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, and other tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor carpentry work such as fixing doors, locks, handles, hinges, and partitions
• Repair tiles, flooring, plaster, and cracks
• Carry out basic shuttering, formwork, and scaffolding erection/dismantling
• Perform basic plumbing work including fixing leaks, taps, valves, water pumps, and clearing drain blocks
• Conduct basic electrical tasks such as replacing light fixtures, switches, sockets, wiring, and DB panel testing
• Carry out basic welding and masonry work including block fixing, plastering, and chipping
• Perform gypsum work like channel and board fixing
• Carry out painting tasks including surface preparation, touch-ups, polishing, and maintenance

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in general maintenance and repair work
• Age between 27–35 years
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
