Heavy Vehicle and Equipment Mechanic – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a skilled Diesel-Petrol Mechanic with experience in maintaining heavy vehicles and power tools for construction and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain engines and equipment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and petrol engines, generators, compressors, and other mechanical equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service power tools such as drills, grinders, and saws
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Conduct overhauls, part replacements, and system calibrations as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Work closely with site teams to provide timely mechanical support

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5–10 years of experience repairing diesel/petrol engines and power tools
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components
• Ability to quickly diagnose problems and provide practical solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Flexible and able to work under pressure in site environments
