Hiring: Access Management Engineer – Bahrain

VAM Systems, a leading Business Consulting and IT Solutions company, is hiring an Access Management Engineer for our Bahrain operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the user access lifecycle, including creation, modification, and deletion of accounts.
• Review and validate user access profiles and permissions.
• Support end users and troubleshoot access-related issues.
• Perform access reviews and maintain security protocols.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and access management systems.
• Follow up, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT infrastructure problems.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure completion within deadlines.
• Work on ad-hoc assignments based on business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT from a recognized institution.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred (Optional):

• IT certifications in Server, Virtualization, or related IT infrastructure.
• Experience in a customer-facing IT role.

Skills & Attributes:

Essential:

• Strong Windows server administration knowledge.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and support.
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with network infrastructure.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service awareness.

Job Terms & Conditions:

• Joining time: 15-30 days.
• Selected candidates will be deputed to a leading organization in Bahrain.
