Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting and cost control functions for the catering division.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Implement cost control procedures to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis with cost-saving recommendations.
• Monitor inventory management, procurement, and expenditures to ensure cost accuracy.
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets with department heads.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for auditing and taxation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and cost control in the catering industry.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books accounting software.
• Strong understanding of costing methods, financial analysis, and budget management.
• Ability to implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
