Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial accounting and cost control functions for the catering division.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Implement cost control procedures to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis with cost-saving recommendations.
- Monitor inventory management, procurement, and expenditures to ensure cost accuracy.
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets with department heads.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for auditing and taxation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and cost control in the catering industry.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books accounting software.
- Strong understanding of costing methods, financial analysis, and budget management.
- Ability to implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
