Hiring: Accounts Manager – Bahrain

A leading company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements, and projections.
  • Manage automated accounting and financial reporting systems.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control following GAAP principles.
  • Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing reports, and cost accounting reports.
  • Review budgets, revenues, expenses, payroll entries, and invoices.
  • Monitor monthly financial performance and compare it with the budget.
  • Handle VAT filing, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate accounting staff.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of audit processes, VAT filing, and balance sheet preparation.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
