Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Aluminum Supervisor to lead a team in fabrication, assembly, and installation of aluminum products. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of fabricators and installers.
• Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and deadline requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Oversee materials, tools, and equipment management.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers for smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve production challenges efficiently.

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant experience in aluminum fabrication.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cutting, welding, and installation of aluminum products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in both workshop and on-site environments.
