A leading 4-star hotel in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join the team immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Manager in daily operations and overall HR management
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Oversee staff training, performance evaluation, and development programs
• Ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws and hotel HR policies
• Assist in payroll, attendance, and HR documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Must be currently in Bahrain and ready to join immediately
