A leading 4-star hotel in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join the team immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in daily operations and overall HR management
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Oversee staff training, performance evaluation, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws and hotel HR policies
- Assist in payroll, attendance, and HR documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Must be currently in Bahrain and ready to join immediately
