Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Supervise and manage staff when the Production Manager is absent
• Ensure food production meets quality and safety standards
• Coordinate workflow to maintain efficiency in the production process
• Support inventory control and stock management
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance within the kitchen
• Train and guide production staff to enhance productivity

Job Requirements

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in a food production or kitchen environment is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
