A leading company in Hamad Town, Bahrain, is looking for a Bahraini HR Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management, conduct reviews, and assist managers in goal-setting and feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding employee rights and workplace safety.
- Work with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR policy development.
