Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef with daily food preparation activities
- Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates of raw ingredients
- Support and train commis chefs for skill development
- Ensure high-quality food preparation, production, and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area
- Follow all applicable food safety and quality standards
