Hiring – Civil & MEP Draftsman (Manama, Bahrain)

We are a well-established construction company in Bahrain, known for delivering high-rise and large-scale building projects. We are seeking skilled Civil and MEP Draftsmen to join our technical team and support the successful execution of ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update detailed civil and MEP drawings according to project requirements
• Convert architectural and engineering concepts into precise technical drafts
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accuracy and coordination of drawings
• Revise and update drawings based on site changes or client instructions
• Ensure drawings comply with local codes, technical standards, and quality guidelines
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built documentation, and technical submittals
• Organize and manage drawing files with proper version control

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience, preferably in high-rise construction within the GCC
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software
• Strong knowledge of civil and MEP systems, construction practices, and detailing
• Ability to interpret and create coordinated drawings from engineering documents
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong time management skills
• Familiarity with Bahrain construction regulations is a plus
