A well-established company in Bahrain is looking for a Cleaning Operations Officer and a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning activities and ensure high hygiene standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise cleaning teams to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assign daily cleaning duties and brief staff on responsibilities.
- Inspect designated areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage staff schedules and arrange replacements when needed.
- Train and guide employees on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety rules.
- Address customer complaints and handle special cleaning requests.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
- Take part in large-scale cleaning projects when required.
- Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times.
Job Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a similar role.
✔ Skills: Ability to handle industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning products.
✔ Management: Strong team leadership and organizational skills.
✔ License: Must have a valid Bahrain driving license.
