We are looking for an experienced Control Room Operator to oversee daily security operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in monitoring security systems, handling emergency calls, and managing deployments efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle calls from site security officers and provide troubleshooting support.
- Coordinate with operations officers for proper staff deployment.
- Work with the Guards Administration Department to arrange new deployments.
- Maintain control room logs and report operational issues for resolution.
- Manage transport requests and driver assignments as needed.
- Oversee incident reporting and response at client locations.
- Answer toll-free calls and escalate issues to the operations team.
Job Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in security control room operations or a related field.
✔ Security Knowledge: Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
✔ Technical Skills: Ability to use monitoring systems, control software, and communication tools.
✔ Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts, including a 24/7 operational environment if required.
