We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Counter Staff to handle bookings, assist customers, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate must have a valid driving license and basic driving skills to help with vehicle movement when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Process payments and issue invoices/receipts.
- Coordinate with drivers and fleet teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in moving or inspecting vehicles when required.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily reports.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a great service experience.
- Keep the counter area clean and organized.
Job Requirements:
- Indian Male candidate preferred.
- Must have a valid driving license and the ability to drive when required.
- Prior experience in customer service or counter staff roles is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
- Basic computer skills for handling bookings and invoices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
