Hiring: Data Center Operator – Bahrain

VAM Systems, a leading Business Consulting and IT Solutions company, is looking for a Data Center Operator to join our Bahrain operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 data center support and maintain professional standards.
• Monitor, control, and configure data center resources using specialized tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and report to relevant teams.
• Monitor UPS, fire alarms, and physical security of the data center.
• Execute backup tasks for operating systems, applications, and databases.
• Assist with batch processing and scheduled activities.
• Act as first-level Service Desk support for technical issues.
• Log and classify incidents, ensuring timely resolution and updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in IT from a recognized institution.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
• Basic knowledge of IT technical skills, installation, and support.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred (Optional):

• IT certifications are an advantage.
• 1+ year of experience in IT-related roles.
• Advanced technical and analytical troubleshooting skills.
