Hiring: Electro-Mechanical Engineer (Part-Time) – Bahrain

We are looking for a part-time Electro-Mechanical Engineer to oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems for construction projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure proper system functionality
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement necessary repairs
• Review electrical and mechanical drawings to resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth workflow
• Enforce safety protocols and Bahraini construction regulations
• Maintain detailed records of installations, tests, and quality checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in electro-mechanical roles (construction experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Bahraini building codes and electro-mechanical standards
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems, safety regulations, and documentation
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with facility projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
