Hiring: Experienced Barista (Manama, Bahrain)

We are looking for a female barista to join our coffee shop in Seef, Manama. The candidate must have experience in specialty coffee preparation and strong customer service skills. Immediate joining is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso, and other beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Handle cash and orders efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Open to candidates from the Philippines, Nepal, India, and similar nationalities.
