Job Overview

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee the leasing, maintenance, and management of our commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in property management and a strong understanding of tenancy laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Relations: Liaise with tenants and address concerns.
• Property Maintenance: Schedule inspections, repairs, and renovations.
• Lease Management: Negotiate and enforce rental agreements.
• Financial Oversight: Track rent payments, invoices, and expenses.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to tenancy laws and property regulations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a small team of general staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial tenancy laws.
• Familiarity with property maintenance and technical work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
