Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to oversee customer service operations, communicate between departments, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is essential in enhancing customer experience and streamlining service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with different departments to address customer needs efficiently
  • Implement and oversee customer service policies and procedures
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives
  • Develop and maintain customer service process documentation
  • Report on customer service performance and suggest improvements
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and follow up on satisfactory outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to customer satisfaction strategies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably in Logistics
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer service tools & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a passion for improving customer experiences
