A well-established restaurant in Manama, Bahrain is looking for a Filipino Waiter/Waitress to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from guests
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Process guest payments accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food handler’s certification is a plus
