Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor – 4-Star Hotel in Manama

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our 4-star hotel in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in housekeeping management, with strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all hotel areas
• Manage housekeeping operations and daily schedules
• Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed
• Address guest needs and handle housekeeping-related requests
• Prepare reports and update management on operations

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–10 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in hotels
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Must be currently living in Bahrain
• Available for immediate joining
