Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor – 4-Star Hotel in Manama

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our 4-star hotel in Manama, Bahrain. The right candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in housekeeping operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Maintain cleanliness across all hotel areas
• Oversee housekeeping schedules and daily operations
• Monitor and control inventory of linen and cleaning supplies
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
• Respond to guest requests related to housekeeping services
• Prepare reports and update hotel management

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–10 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in hotels
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Skilled in staff training and motivation
• Must be currently based in Bahrain
• Available for immediate joining
