Job Overview

A reputable company in Hamad Town, Bahrain, is looking for a Female HR cum Admin Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR and administration and a good understanding of Bahrain’s labor laws and government procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle HR operations, including employee records, payroll, and compliance.
  • Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Process LMRA, SIO, Sijilat, and Tamkeen applications and updates.
  • Maintain office documents, reports, and databases.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Use MS Office (Excel and Word) for administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all HR and admin processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • HR management experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are an advantage.

Job Type & Salary

  • Full-time position.
  • Salary: BD 200 – BD 250 per month.
