Hiring: MEP Supervisor – Construction Projects in Manama, Bahrain

A leading development company in Bahrain is looking to hire a qualified MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our Villa and High Rise Building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of MEP teams on-site
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
• Coordinate with other project teams (civil, structural, architectural) for smooth integration of MEP systems
• Monitor progress and report any delays to the project manager
• Inspect MEP systems for quality, safety, and compliance
• Provide technical support and resolve issues with MEP contractors
• Ensure safe working practices according to the company’s safety policies
• Review project documentation, including drawings and schedules
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities
• Assist in the procurement of necessary materials and equipment
• Participate in project meetings to discuss updates and resolve issues
• Oversee post-installation operation and performance of MEP systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably on large-scale construction projects like Villas and High Rise Buildings
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP systems
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar software tools
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
