Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in interior design and drafting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D Max.
• Strong knowledge of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) selection.
• Ability to create detailed working drawings and plans.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering for client presentations.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts to clients.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Select and source materials, furnishings, and finishes.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
