Hiring: Network Engineer – Bahrain

VAM Systems, a leading Business Consulting and IT Solutions company, is looking for a Network Engineer to join our Bahrain operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain the IT network and communication infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other digital devices.
• Handle service requests and incidents, resolving them remotely or on-site if needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow up on technical problems.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments and IT projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in IT from a recognized institution.
• 1+ year of IT experience.
• Technical troubleshooting skills in Windows servers and IT infrastructure.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).

Preferred (Optional):

• IT certifications in networking, servers, or virtualization.
• Customer service experience in an IT support role.
• Ability to make quick decisions and resolve IT issues efficiently.
