Key Responsibilities
✔ Enforce company policies in staff accommodations
✔ Monitor staff attendance and report absences to HR/Admin
✔ Conduct regular inspections and submit reports
✔ Manage room assignments for new and vacating employees
✔ Maintain accurate records of all residents
✔ Oversee waste disposal and hygiene management
✔ Act as the emergency contact for any incidents
✔ Ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies
✔ Supervise housekeeping to maintain cleanliness
Job Requirements
✅ 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
✅ Valid driving license
✅ Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ Good organizational and coordination skills
✅ Knowledge of administrative procedures
