A leading Real Estate Developer and Property Management Company in Bahrain is looking for a female Administrative Officer to support our Construction Division. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience in the construction or property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage construction project documentation, budgets, and reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, suppliers, appraisers, and inspectors.
  • Administer insurance claims and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support project budget reviews and contractor approvals.
  • Maintain accurate contractor/vendor records for reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes, action points, and handover manuals.
  • Track and resolve snagging issues on completed properties.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and inquiries for construction projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience in a construction or real estate company.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other administrative software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Female candidates only.
