Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and supervise the kitchen’s Lebanese cuisine menu
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Expertise in traditional and modern Lebanese dishes
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Pleasant personality with good communication abilities
