A cleaning services company in Manama, Bahrain is looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee cleaning operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and mentor cleaning staff to maintain high standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding cleaning services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning operations or a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent
