Hiring: Operations Executive – Bahrain

A leading company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join their team.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in:
  • Green-field project planning
  • Product & service introduction
  • Managing operations in marketing, sales, distribution, and supply chain within Bahrain or GCC markets
• Skills:
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record in managing a sales team and meeting targets.
  • Experience in supplier management and networking with local & international suppliers.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid visa and driver’s license.
