Position: Operations Manager (Civil Engineer)

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee project execution, resource planning, and company asset management. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of GCC experience and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee resource allocation and team deployments
• Maintain and secure company assets, including vehicles and equipment
• Address client concerns and provide timely solutions
• Handle staff recruitment and workforce planning
• Monitor and enhance team productivity
• Maintain the company’s professional image through signage, branding, and property upkeep
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents

Requirements:

• 15+ years of GCC experience in civil engineering and operations
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering
• GCC/Bahrain driving license
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Ready to join immediately
