Job Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure our services meet top industry standards and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will monitor service quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce quality assurance procedures for valet parking, car wash, and butler services.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality.
• Handle customer complaints, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions.
• Work closely with the operations team to implement service improvements.
• Prepare quality assurance reports and share insights with management.
• Train staff on service quality standards and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance overall service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the service or hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead quality improvement projects.
• Familiarity with quality assurance tools and techniques.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
